"We bought our first home this year and were lucky enough to have friends who had used Jenn to purchase their home and recommended her to us. As complete newbies in the process, Jenn led us through everything. She was patient with our ignorance and helped us find a house that met all of our needs and was in a good neighborhood. She was honest about the quality of houses and neighborhoods while considering our tastes and desires first and without forcing anything on us or pushing houses that may not have been the best for us. The sellers ended up causing us a lot of issues, but Jenn was exceedingly proactive, constantly calling them and getting information and paperwork, without us having to do a thing.
